Sunlight sparkles on the water of a tidal salt marsh and on the stalks of reed canary grass. Summer scenic landscape, Niantic, East Lyme, Connecticut.
While I often find myself drawn to this spot at sunset, it is quite beautiful any time of day. I love how intensly the sunlight shone on the water and how it lit up the marsh grasses and the clouds. I also have a panoramic print of this scene in my portfolio.
