White Mulberry tree Morus alba overlooking the Hudson River in late spring early summer (early June) with a boat and the Palisades seen in the background. Kingsland Point Park, Sleepy Hollow, New York. The 18-acre Kingsland Point Park was one of the first parks developed by the Westchester County Parks Commission, in 1926. A Chinese import, the White Mulberry is often grown in Asia to feed silkworms which prefer its leaves. An oak and other trees are also seen to the right. Copy space.
