The Coffee Pot, a restaurant designed and built in 1927 by Bert Koontz along the Lincoln Highway, Bedford, Pennsylvania, USA, July 2015. It is an example of programmatic architecture, whimsical structures built in the likeness of oversized objects to attract motorists. In an effort at historic preservation, The Lincoln Highway Heritage Corridor moved the historic structure, a fine example of Americana, to a new location in the same town and restored it in 2004.
