Westchester County, NY, USA, Monday Oct 29, 2012 Colorful autumn leaves quickly cover a Chappaqua lawn as Hurricane Sandy brings increased wind to the area. A beautiful Japanese maple tree blows in the wind. The winds have yet to disturb a bluebird nearby. Westchester County is expected to feel the full brunt of Hurricane Sandy beginning late Monday, with current estimates now predicting gusts up to 90 mph.
